Our Registered Agent Service involves listing our company address on your LLC registration paperwork so you don't have to (for new LLC owners)! Your name and business address can be kept confidential. We will also scan and email you New York State issued legal and tax documents that we receive on your behalf. Please note, this is not a mail forwarding service for regular mail. Our Registered Agent Service involves collecting State issued legal and tax documents only.
